I have always had a passion for photography and finally took the leap and officially opened my photography business in southeast Iowa in 2013. I have been blessed and done nothing but grow since. I have been married for 16 years to my high school sweetheart and we have been blessed with 4 amazing children. We were even double blessed with a set of twins. We have two boys and twin girls . Maybe say some prayers for me now, LOL!

Not everyone can say they love their job.
I not only can say that I love my job but I also can say I have my dream job. I get to create memories for families to cherish forever!

I am a wife, mama, friend, photographer, chauffeur, referee, housekeeper, maid, chef, ok ok ok, you get the point there! Haha! Everyone knows that Moms hold many different job titles. Being a mother while running my own photography business is by far the most challenging thing I have done, but I wouldn't have it any other way!

My objective during our session is to capture those moments that we experience daily!
The ones when you look at your child and they make that one face and smile and you think to yourself that seriously, has there ever been a cuter thing in the history of the world. Those moments as a family when you understand that you all go together, even though at times your son seems to come from a different planet and you wonder when the mother-ship is coming back to get him.

While births, newborns & families hold a special place in my heart, I am also available for seniors, wedding and more!
